Wonderful companyThe web site is good, easy to use. even for me; Range of styles is enormous, prices are excellent, deliver is very prompt; and the packaging can't be faulted - everythin always arrives in perfect condition - as indeed it should - but so often other companies spoil the whole thing with shoddy packaging and items arrive crushed - not so with Shoetique!

Great service on returnsI recently purchased 2 pairs of Astro trainers, both were delivered promptly however one pair were a poor fit. I returned these by post on saturday requesting a larger size replacement which I received by the following Thursday in time for Saturdays game. Great service!

Excellent ServiceThe speed of service is outstanding, but on this occasion the purchase only lasted about 3 weeks before the plimsolls split. The previous pair were fine though. Must have just been a bad pair.
