Payment:

1) We accept Alipay, West Union, TT. All major credit cards are accepted through secure payment processor ESCROW.

2) Payment must be made within 7 days after you place the order.

3) If you can't checkout immediately after auction close, please wait for a few minutes and retry.

Shippment:

1) China are our main shipping method.(If you want to use faster shipping method, pls email us for more information)Post and Hong Kong post

2) The processing time will be 2-3 days after the payment verification.

3) We only ship to Aliexpress confirmed order addresses. If you want to change the address, pls email us with 24 hours after you make payment.

4) TRANSIT TIME is provided by the carrier and may vary, particularly during the holiday season.

5) If you have not received your shipment within 30 days from payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you within 24 hours.

6) We can do drop shipping and send order to your client’s address after you make payment.

7) Taxes and hidden charges are not included in the sales price. Please check with your country`s customs office to determine what additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

Return:

1) Buyer should check the package once receiving. If the package damages during the freight, please refuse to sign for the package and it will be returned to us. 

2) If you need return, please contact our customer service representative, let us know the detailed problem and send us some pictures for confirmation. Then get a address for return.

3) We can’t receive the packages if buyer returns by yourselves. We won’t solve such case and buyer should responsible for the consequences.

4) Warranty covers replacement or repair.

5) All NON-seller mistake returns for refund are subject to 20% re-stocking fee and buyer should pay for the return shipping fee. (E.g. you brought wrong model or wrong color).

6) We ONLY accept the return for original package.

1) 12 months Manufacturer`s limited Warranty for defective items (excluding items damaged and/or misused after receipt).Accessories come with a 3-month warranty.

2) Defective items MUST BE reported and returned within the warranty period (and in the original packaging, if possible). You must tell us what the defect is and give us your order number. WE DO NOT REPAIR OR REPLACE ITEMS WITH AN EXPIRED WARRANTY.
