01 March 2012 No problem whatsoever. Will use again I needed to replace some broken drawer handles with the same pattern. The web site illustrations indicated a good match for what I wanted. Within a few days of placing my order the items arrived and whilst not a perfect match I am very satisfied with the result. At some stage I will probably replace all the drawer handles, broken or not, with the pattern supplied by Handles4doors

---Excellent service, nice staff, prompt delivery.Ordered on monday, delivered tuesday. Understood my reluctance about online payment and happy to take card payment over the telephone. Knowledgable staff who were pleasant and had a sense of humour. A rarity nowadays.

Item not received after 1 week of ordering - not goodJules B are a great shop but something went wrong here as the item failed to turn up after a week of ordering, this is out of character but felt i should make the comment
