Very smooth and efficient??My order was acknowledged almost immediately and I the watch my son wanted for xmas was delivered a few days later....and at a great price. Great price, great service, really happy.

Amazingly Easy WelliesI spoke to a representative over the phone and her knowledge was excellent. I ordered a pair of wellies there and then and took the option of the standard delivery. The wellies were delivered before 12noon the following day and in the slot previously advised to me via text message. FANTASTIC !!

Prompt delivery. Love my new fitflop boots, which are soooo comfy, but the colour from the lining bleeds. Hope that stops soon. They need no wearing in, and can't take them off. Love em.

Excellent service; excellent goodsHigh quality pullover, delivered very quickly and efficiently; very well wrapped & presented, including mail-back bag if I wasn't happy with the goods. But I was happy - very!I would definitely buy from Jules B again - highly recommended.

Product good, Ordering easy - help line helpful - delivery prompt but not always to the right address! Read on.I ordered a size 4 as the next size down was a 35- 36. The parcel tracking was really useful when I was told it had been delivered, Unfortunately not to me, the driver must have had a senior moment and took it to our neighbouring road. When i finally tracked them down I found they were a little too big so organised the swap option. Arrived in my office as requested the following day- still felt they were big to discover they were the same size as I returned! Rang easie wellies who organised another swap (free of charge)to my office. The driver didn't have an address label for the returning box and I had a phone call the next day from e. wellies to say that a jumper had been returned instead of boots! Moral of the story - Easy Wellies - try to be honest with the sizing and say if they are generous or not . You offer a great service and good product, only let down by the driver
