Excellent serviceI bought Asics running shoes. The delivery was prompt and very well packaged. Very efficient with dealing with issues with the delivery guys. The delivery company did not follow the note saying "do not leave the goods with neighbors" and left the parcel with one of the neighbors. Although I know that Barrington Sports has nothing to do with it and has no influence over what and how the individual delivery guy does and behaves rang Barrington Sports immediately. Barrington Sports dealt with the delivery people very swiftly and efficiently. I regard Barrington Sports as having excellent customer service. A very big thank you to Barrington Sports.

Free returns requiredMy only criticism is that there is no "free returns" offered and it can be expensive if a refund is required.

Excellent first experience with Barrington Sports - will definitely use again!I stumbled across the Barrington Sports website whilst Googling and what a find it was! Great products at great prices and excellent quality. I have a young son who has just got into cricket and I am just about to place my second order for him. I now know where to direct all his friends. Having experienced a nightmare with other larger more well known online stores with delivery, availability etc.. it was a refreshing change to place an order, have it arrive so swiftly and without any difficulties whatsoever - I think you can gather I am delighted to have found you and will definitely be buying again!

Great wellies, very well made, warm and extremely comfortable + excellent service.After looking at the specifications of the various wellies on offer, I settled on pair of Bogs Ultra High Black Boots, which arrived within 2 days (free delivery). They looked just as I expected but turned out to be a bit tight on one foot even though I had ordered a half-size bigger than my actual size (my right foot is slightly bigger than the left). As I don't live too far from their warehouse, I decided to drive there to swap the boots after checking that it was OK with them, and I received the best service ever. I drove away with a half-size bigger boots, having tried them on in their office to make sure they fitted. Having seen the boots, my husband is thinking of buying the same ones for men, which should be available in black in the next month or so. Great company to buy wellies from!
