Hop a long Bought shoes from Shoetique -Fitflops and I must say they are very comfortable especially as I have a spur on my heel.The shoe were discounted so that was a plus.Delivery very speedy.All in all well pleased

We don't have a contact number for you but Laura from our customer service team has sent you an email this morning with a discount code and instructions on how to return them to us if you wish. Laura has also included our free phone number if you wish to call us back. We do offer a free returns label and if we have sent something out in error we'll always aim to resolve it immediately with as little inconvenience as possible for you. I'm sorry your first experience with Shoetique has been far from ideal. We do extensive checks in our warehouse but this one appears to have slipped through the net. I'm glad you like the neutral colour but as mentioned we're more than happy to exchange them for you for the correct pair. Please let Laura know if you would like to exchange the shoes. Quality quick deliveryquality quick delivery but I'm not sure every item needs to be signed for. Surly small items can just be posted normaly. Every other aspect of my order was perfect.
