Let down by deliveryHave bought several items in past . Always let down by city link . We were all in and they claimed to have attempted delivery . They said they would redeliver the same day . Phoned at enormous expense several times to be told that they were 3 mins away etc come 6 pm they had not delivered . Ended up driving to the other side of coventry to collect it on Saturday morning . The parcel was completely broken open ..hopeless .good prices rubbish delivery !

Fab choice, super speedy delivery 100% satisfied Ordered fitflops as a birthday present - Shoetique had the best choice by far even tho end of summer season and delivered within 2 days. Will definitely order again :-)

Online - but really helpful staff create a personal atmosphere....despite all my mistakes (wrong size ordered; had lost the receipt and was out of time to return), the unworn wrong size shoes were accepted for a return and credit given toward another pair.... how lovely to find a company that operates in such a trusting and trustworthy fashion

Excellent shopping experienceVery good website-well designed, excellent selection of wellies.Order process-straightforward and problem free. They even called me to confirm sizes.Delivery-super efficient and well packaged.Would recommend.
