Excellent customer serviceI bought a pair of wellies for my daughter for Christmas, but she hated them! I decided that since I didn't have any, I would return hers and choose different ones for me. This I did using their 'swap' service. I had to email customer services a couple to times to confirm that I had done it all correctly. Their response was fast and polite. Wellies swapped over easily and quickly and money refunded in the same manner. Thanks very much and would certainly use them again.

ExcellentEfficient and prompt service with delivery on time of products that were exactly as expected.Good value for money and the best way for me to afford sports kit for rapidly growing teenage boys.
