What a great way to shop!Bought this great skirt in two sizes as I wasn't sure about fit. They arrived superfast, I found the smaller one fitted which was even more reason to buy so I returned the larger and the money went back into my card within a week of it having gone out. Su

Great choice, good price, reliable deliveryI received a text message saying my delivery was scheduled to arrive between 12.32 and 13.32. Amazingly, it did. For a Londoner that's almost a miracle

Certainly one Step Ahead I was looking for a particular pair of shoes and found them plus lots of others on this amazing site. I was going to order on line but I decided to call my order in instead. The lady who took my order was very friendly and efficient. I placed my order just after lunchtime, so expected my delivery not to make the next day delivery as they state. The lady said I should still get them tomorrow (I was doubtful) but low and behold they arrived the next day, wow. Loved my shoes and the simplicity of shopping with this company. If I'd needed to return, this proceedure also seemed easy and simple to do. So thank you very much for a very good shopping expierence, I've already recommended you to my friends.
