---4 stars for redeeming themselves...Chose perfect pair of gloves - excellent info about size, fabric and style. Very pleased. But oh no - then got an email the next day saying they were out of stock! Very annoying. However, further options were suggested in the email and a suitable replacement was found, ordered and sent out very quickly. I made the original order on 19th Dec and the replacement still managed to reach it's destination by 22nd so I was very impressed with the service after my initial disappointment - and the suggested replacement gloves were a very close match. Thank you!

5 stars on first purchaseI odered some Fit Flops from Shoetique and not only were they better value than I had seen elsewhere (and the exact style and colour I was looking for), they were delivered promptly and for free. If this level of service is maintained then I will be a regular customer!

27 March 2012 Could be better I received part of my order which was in stock. I phoned yesterday to ask when the rest would arrive and the lady on the phone said she'd get back to me. I checked with her that she had my mobile number correct and that she'd ring me back on the same day. She said she would. She has not. It is a simple phone call and I find it disappointing that a simple commitment as such could not be fulfilled. I am refurbishing my house and there are so many other calls I have to make. I now have to keep chasing 'handles 4 doors' for the handles. Thanks for your consideration. Regards

11 September 2012 The only place I can get locks to fit old doors. excellent service I cannot get lock to fit my old doors when the originals wear out anywhere locally. So I was delighted to find this site.
