06 March 2012 Excellent service. We ordered door handles, thumb turns and latches which we picked for looks, quality and durability. We were not disappointed, and the order was delivered quickly, considering that the handles and thumb turns were not in stock when the order was placed. I would urge anyone to ring for stock details(we did) if you really need the order next day, as the items we wanted were stated online as "in stock" which was not strictly accurate. The prices are certainly competetive when ordering larger quantities. We ordered 11 handles, 2 thumb turns with deadlocks and 11 mortice latches, and the overall price was probably as good as any site on the net. I think the site could do with more dimensions and diagrams so you know exactly what you will be dealing with. For example, the tubular mortice latch bolt size, and the size of hole you need to drill, would be very useful. This criticism could be applied equally to other sites, as I haven't seen one that provides this

Stock not guaranteed even if checked beforehand having checked the stock of several items directly prior to placing my order I had to telephone Shoetiques office upon receipt of part delivery to be advised an item was not actually out of stock. They expected further stock but weren't able to advise an exact date. A week later and unfortunately still no delivery. This was my first purchase from Shoetique so I am a little disappointed
